Our Patient Advocates have face-to-face interaction with patients and utilize proprietary software to eliminate common mistakes during the application process. Each patient goes through EMurgent Eligibility Verification (EMEV), referencing over 6,000 insurance providers including Medicaid. Patients are then filtered through the EMurgent Algorithm System (EAS). A stringent filtering process that provides more consistency and efficiency.

Our Outreach Team is responsible for continuing patient interactions after hospital discharge. Their sole responsibility is to have face-to-face interactions to facilitate delivery of required documents. Our proprietary HiTech-HIPPA compliant tools enable us to interact seamlessly with the patient via text, email, and video interfacing. Small things, making a big difference.
